I had my last final today. I’m definitely looking forward to a few weeks of not having to get up at an outrageously early hour. One semester to go; indeed, this fact was celebrated by a free private preview lunch today at the newest Panera (courtesy of J, the Panera’s best new employee).

Of course, my holiday will definitely be busy. I’m planning on reading some books (Don Miller’s latest, perhaps some NT Wright, and maybe some doses of Pynchon and/or Hemingway), and I’ll be warming up my mind for my upcoming LSAT.

Those things, along with preparing for one of the great events of next year (B. is moving here very soon!), will surely keep me busy ’til the bell rings, an angel gets its wings, and another year goes sliding into oblivion.

I am jealous for three reasons.
    1) Your finals are already over?
    2) How did you get free stuff at Panera? I go there every week, and the most I’ve ever been given is an extra punch on my coffee card.
    3) Leisure reading. This is unfair, and should not be mentioned publicly while others are still in school.
